Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:

Review the request to verify its authenticity.
Temporarily remove or disable access to the infringing material.

2. Counter-Notification Procedure (For Content Owners)

If you believe that the material removed due to a DMCA complaint was wrongfully taken down, you may file a counter-notice.

3. Third-Party Content & Liability

Telegramm.app does not host or control any Telegram bots, channels, groups, or third-party content.
Any links to external Telegram content (bots, groups, or channels) are publicly available and we are not responsible for their content.
We cannot remove or take action against Telegram-hosted content. You must contact Telegram directly at https://telegram.org/support for Telegram-related issues.

4. False Claims and Abuse of DMCA

Knowingly submitting false DMCA claims is illegal and subject to legal penalties.
Repeated false claims may result in legal action against the submitter.
